The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater offers a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management designed to transform the people-side of business. This program prepares students for generalist or specialist roles in diverse workplaces of all sizes and industries. HR professionals help organizations build culture, fulfill their mission, and adapt to change, with duties ranging from attracting and retaining to training and compensating employees.
