Lake Erie College offers a Bachelor of Science degree program with a major in Human Resource Management. Core HR courses include Human Resource Management Core, Supervision and Leadership, and Organizational Behavior. Students select three HR electives from options such as International Business, Interviewing, Personal Effectiveness in the World of Work, Training and Development, Labor Relations, and Internship in Management.
