The Human Resource Management Concentration is offered as part of the Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management degree at Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Florham Campus, housed within the Silberman College of Business. The MGMT 4941 Internship in Human Resources course is available and may be used as a substitute for either MGMT 3710 or MGMT 3730.

Students are personally connected with mentors from executive and young alumni advisory boards, whose members work at companies such as BASF, Novartis, ADP, and Michael Kors. Juniors and seniors receive complimentary student membership to SHRM, the leading professional HR organization, providing access to resources and networking. Graduates are provided complimentary prep materials for the aPHR certification exam, a valuable credential for early-career professionals.
