MidAmerica Nazarene University (MNU) offers a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program designed for working adults, which includes a concentration option in Human Resource Management. This program is a year and a half, 30 credit-hour commitment.

The MBA program features a flexible format, meeting both on-site and online. It utilizes a carousel model, allowing students to enter the program on their own schedule. The curriculum is designed to enhance technical and relational skills, innovative instincts, and ethical sensibilities, focusing on core business areas like marketing, economics, organizational development, strategic management, corporate and personal ethics, and finance. The program consists of a 21-hour core plus the student’s choice of one of three 9-hour concentrations, including Human Resources Management (alongside Data Analytics and Healthcare Administration). The application process involves submitting an application, with applications currently being accepted for the current term (some exceptions may apply). Prospective students need a Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university, official transcripts, and a minimum GPA of 3.0 or above in the last 60 hours of undergraduate coursework. A laptop computer is needed for class, and a math assessment may be required as a final step in admissions. Applicants should submit all documents at least two weeks prior to the program start date.
