The BBA in Human Resource Management program at the G. Brint Ryan College of Business at the University of North Texas is designed to equip students with the essential skills and expertise needed to effectively manage human resources within organizations, large and small. With experience, graduates can advance to leadership positions, including roles like Chief HR/People Officer, VP of Talent Acquisition, VP of People and Culture, Director of Employee Engagement, and Senior VP of Strategy & Culture.
