The University of Massachusetts Amherst, through its Isenberg School of Management, offers an Undergraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management. All certificate courses must be taken through UMass Amherst; transfer courses are not accepted. Courses must be taken for a grade, requiring a minimum final grade of C or better for each course, and an overall GPA of 2.0 for the certificate with no more than one course below 2.0. If a student is later accepted into a UMass Amherst bachelor degree program, the certificate courses may be used towards it. Billing is handled directly by the University Bursar’s Office and sent via UMass email, viewable and payable online via SPIRE or by mail.
