Major Requirements
Completion of the Human Resource Management major requires successfully completing 15 credit hours with a minimum grade of C- in all courses.
The required coursework includes a single core course: HRM 351 – Human Resource Management (3 credit hours). Students must then select four additional electives (totaling 12 credit hours) from a list that includes MGT 341, HRM 353, HRM 354, HRM 361, HRM 365, HRM 453, HRM 455, HRM 463, HRM 467, HRM 468, and HRM 469. Among these electives, HRM 353, HRM 354, HRM 453, or HRM 455 are strongly recommended.
