Southeastern Technical College offers a Business Management Degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management. This program is designed to prepare students for entry into management and supervisory occupations in a variety of businesses and industries, focusing specifically on the human resources function. The Human Resource Management Specialization (12 hours) includes courses such as MGMT 2115 Human Resource Management, MGMT 2120 Labor Management Relations, and MGMT 2130 Employee Training and Development. Other relevant occupational courses cover topics like Principles of Management, Organizational Behavior, Employment Rules and Regulations, Leadership, and Performance Management.

Admission requirements include submitting a completed application, being at least 16 years of age, submitting official high school/high school equivalent transcripts, submitting official college transcripts (if applicable), and satisfying Placement Testing requirements.
