The Charter Oak State College offers a **Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management** program designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary for various professional and management roles within the business, government, and non-profit sectors. This program is delivered **100% online**, providing flexibility for working adults and other students. The curriculum requires a minimum of **24 Business Core credits** and **36 Major Requirements credits**. All major requirements must be completed with a grade of ‘C’ or higher.

Core Business courses include: **ACC 101: Financial Accounting** (3 cr), **ACC 102: Managerial Accounting** (3 cr), **BUS 120: Business Law** (3 cr), **BUS 250: International Business** (3 cr), **FIN 210: Financial Management** (3 cr), **MGT 101: Principles of Management** (3 cr), **MGT 315: Organizational Behavior** (3 cr), and **MKT 220: Principles of Marketing** (3 cr).

A **Fast Track Option** is available for qualified undergraduate students (minimum 3.0 GPA after 90 credits) seeking to accelerate entry into a Master’s program. This allows students to take up to four graduate-level courses (earning a B- or better) that count towards both the Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree (specifically the Organizational Leadership Master’s mentioned with required courses OEL 501, OEL 520, OEL 525, OEL 530). Credit for Prior Learning cannot be used for graduate credits in this track.
