The curriculum includes core requirements covering essential topics such as Human Resources Management theory, Ethics, Developing a Competency Culture, Facilitating Organizational Change, Performance Assessment, Human Resources Management and Law, Management across Culture, and Strategy and Planning. The program culminates in a 3-credit Capstone project. Students also have the opportunity to specialize by selecting one of three concentrations: Training and Development, Employee Engagement and Total Rewards, or Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Admission requirements include holding a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution with a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA (or 2.75 for graduate transfer students). No GRE is required. The admissions process is accelerated, and applications are accepted for 6 starts throughout the year. Applicants must submit an application and official transcripts.
