Required application materials include a current resume, two letters of recommendation, an essay explaining professional and academic goals, and official transcripts from all previous colleges. Additionally, applicants must demonstrate satisfactory completion (grade of “C” or better”) of two three-credit undergraduate prerequisite courses in Human Resources Administration and Organizational Behavior, or possess one year of HR experience with an overview essay. Prerequisite courses must be completed within the first two semesters of graduate study.
