Dual Degree Option: MBA/MA in Human Resources Management
A dual degree is available, requiring 51 to 54 credit hours. This option combines the required MBA courses (typically 33 hours) with the required HRMG coursework, with some potential waivers (e.g., BUSN 5000, MNGT 5590). Upon completion of all requirements, two separate diplomas are issued simultaneously.

Additional program-specific requirements include having a regionally accredited undergraduate degree from a business school with a business-related accreditation (e.g., AACSB, ACBSP, IACBE). Applicants not meeting this must either successfully complete BUSN 5000 (which counts as an elective if required) or complete a set of specified undergraduate courses.
Students are advanced to candidacy status after completing all admission requirements and successfully completing 12 graduate credit hours with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
