Concordia University Wisconsin offers an online Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management. The program requires 120 credits for completion. Courses are delivered online in flexible 8-week sessions. While courses can often be taken at a time that works for you, select courses include real-time sessions via Zoom on a scheduled night with the professor and other students. Admissions are accepted throughout the year with multiple start dates at the beginning of 8-week sessions during the fall, spring, and summer. Applicants can transfer up to 84 credits upon review and program director’s approval. Entrance requirements include providing official transcripts from post-secondary institutions. Essays are required if the undergraduate GPA is less than 2.0. If fewer than 60 transferable credits are held, an official high school transcript or GED proof is needed, with an essay required if the high school GPA is less than 2.0. ACT and SAT scores are not required.
